WHMIS for Everyone 2007  
Information sheet

  1. Go to www.nipissingu.ca
  2. Click on “My Nipissing”.
  3. Sign-in by entering WebAdvisor or GMail Username and Password.
  4. Click on the “E-Learning” tab at the top of the page.
  5. Click on the “Launch the E-Learning Portal” link.
    * If you are having difficulty accessing the E-Learning Portal, see the articles under the E-Learning Guide heading.
  6. If this is the first time you log into the Portal, register your name and other required information.
  7. Find “WHMIS for Everyone 2007 (Course Code WHIM2) and click on “Launch Course”. Make sure you have the correct course.
  8. Read the Legal Disclaimer and click “Continue”.
  9. You can now begin the course. You must review each module to complete the course.
    * The course does not have to be completed in one session. You can log off at any point and resume from where you left off by clicking on “Last Visited Page”.
  10. When you are finished, please print off a copy of the certificate and provide it to your professor/supervisor.

Note: * Since this course includes an audio component, it is suggested that headphones be used or a quiet location be found when completing the WHMIS program.
