Welcome to the Geology 1005 web site!  Geol1005 is a first-year, general geology courses offered through Nipissing University, in North Bay, Ontario, Canada.

The purpose of this web site is to provide students registered in this course with additional resources that will help them to learn the concepts presented in the course.  In addition to general information about the course, lecture and lab schedules, this site provides condensed course notes, lecture agendas, study guides and links to outside websites of interest.
