The following are instructions on how to import a graph into a word processor in order to print it or to include it in an existing document:

  1. Once you are at the graph or map that you wish to capture, Right-click on the image.  You will get a drop-down list.  Choose "Save Picture As" (or "Save Image As" for Netscape users) (SHOW ME).  Give the picture an appropriate name.  Be sure to save this to the disk drive (usually A:\).

  2. Now open a blank word processor, or the document that you will be using.

  3. Insert the image where you want it in the document by choosing Insert, Picture, From File.

  4. You should now have the image inserted in your document.

  5. Be sure to save the document now.

  6. NOTE: If you put too many images in a document, the file size will become very large (it may not even fit on your disk).  Try to limit the number of pictures you put in one document.

  7. When you want to print the document click on File, Print, Ok.
