CURRENT PROFILE HIGHLIGHTS

Researcher

Canadian and Ukrainian music and dance, the relationship between music and dance, gender issues in performance, heritage tourism, nationhood and group identity

Work independently and in collaboration with scholars on community-based research, dance in immigrant communities, interrelationships of Ukrainian immigrants and Aboriginal Canadians, women of the north, people of the prairies, Ukrainian communities on various continents
