University Success: Theory and Practice

This is a 3-credit course designed specifically for first-year students. The method of instruction will vary throughout the duration of the course but will include lectures, small group discussions, guest lecturers, a variety of assignments and reflective journals.  This introductory course is designed to help students understand and integrate effectively to the university environment, through the development of attitudes, skills and knowledge that promote success in higher education.
