WHAT IS PHILOSOPHY ?  

Philosophy is a core humanities discipline at any university. It is, in fact, the source of the idea of the university and as such it has a long established role. feelings, memories, perceptions, etc., but Philosophy asks questions about the relationship between the material (brain activity) and immaterial (individually specific and highly textured human experience). Philosophy is the discipline that explores what it means to be human and how human beings have made meaning through the creative investigations (artistic, intellectual, religious, scientific, etc.) that constitute the record of human civilizations.
